Flat Bottom Silo
Flat Bottomed Silos are used for long term and high capacity storage needs with diameters varying from 4,58m to 41,25m and capacities up to 38.736 m3
Thanks to their unique 6-fold design, stiffeners have a much higher load-bearing strength compared to their counterparts. They are used in different thicknesses and quantities depending on the silo diameter, height, and seismic loads.
CloseThe overlapping seam of the roof panels is designed with 7 folds and a depth of 75 mm, making it a stronger structure compared to its counterparts. Mysilo offers a significant advantage in terms of assembly convenience by using 3 roof panels per wall sheet.
CloseMysilo, which produces stronger silos with the narrowest corrugated sheets of 65 mm, gains a significant advantage over its competitors with this feature. Using a total of 600 gr/m² of galvanized sheet on both surfaces extends the silo's lifespan and sets it apart from competitors who use less coating.

Sidewall Sheets:
Mysilo, manufacturing more durable silos thanks to the narrowest corrugated sidewall sheet of 65 mm, has a huge advantage against its competitors with this feature.
Mysilo uses 600 gr/m² galvanized sidewall sheets at total on both surfaces which makes Mysilo silos long-lasting. With this, Mysilo is making a difference to their competitors who use less coating..
Coating:
While competitors of Mysilo offer 600 gr. / m² galvanized coating as an option, Mysilo offers it as its Standard. Beside this, the silo’s lifetime is 0 longer** in comparison with the competitor’s standard quality galvanized coating rate 275 – 350 gr. / m²
İnsulation:
Hot and cold resistant mastic is used in the joints of sidewall sheets to provide excellent sealling in all climates
Bolt:
At all junction points of sidewall sheets and stiffeners, DACROMET 500 coated 10.9 quality bolts are used in order to ensure the maximum durability. Thanks to the high density polyethylene conical gaskets found in bolts, sealing is kept at the highest level.
