E Series Chain Conveyors are designed to use the conveyor inclined at all angles between 15° and 60° and to carry products. Thanks to its double-deck, intermediate partition and special pallet structure, the product carried on this conveyor can be taken from one place and transferred to a higher place.
Produced from Galvanized Steel, the drive head has a strong structure supported by special profiles.
The drive head is driven both as a belt pulley and as a couple.
Our drive motors are offered with different Hz and Voltage options according to demand.
Our idler heads, which are made of galvanized steel, do not create any accumulation on them with the cage type drum inside, and allow the chains to work properly. Chain tensioning settings are fast and practical.

All of the YE series conveyors are manufactured from galvanized sheet metal and are all bolted and nut-connected. It has a long service life. In order for your conveyors to last longer, optional polyethylene sheets or non-corrosive steel plates can be reinforced on the optional base and side surfaces. The way these conveyors work is different from Y models. While the area used to transport grain is 80-85% in standard conveyors, it is around 40% in this type of conveyors. This results in a special capacity requirement and the use of a wider body. Grain-carrying pallets and their associated supports are different from standard conveyors. The motor power requirements of YE model conveyors are higher than Y model conveyors of the same length and capacity. The power required in this type of conveyor can vary depending on many parameters.
